Guest：Friendly staff and so far so good with clean room and quiet ambiance
Guest：Room was neat and clean and good shower. Close to S bhan and buses to city centre.Had to wait for the receptionist to arrive for 15 minutes, as it is a family run hotel so it is good to tell the time of arrival in advance which I had but my flight got delayed and I arrived nearly an hr later than I had said I would. But receptionist was friendly and helpful when he finally arrived. BTW there is no breakfast even if it says breakfast included in the reservation. However there are plenty of cafe's and eating places nearby.
Guest：It is good and nothing to complain about.
Guest：It is an easy 10 minute walk to the S-Bahn. We were very happy with the location. Beds were comfortable, right across from a bakery and 100 m from Kurfürsten Damm.
