Guest：The hotel looks beautiful and extremely well located in Anjuna. The property has been done beautifully and has a stunning old Portuguese home feeling and appeal. Now here are the reasons for my negative review: 1. The housekeeping at the property is not up to the mark at all. The housekeeping team is not trained - if you don't run behind them, the room does not get cleaned properly. 2. The rooms are great, very tastefully done, however you can seek the aging of the property - the owners have not made any investments in the upkeep and maintenance of the rooms - (a) the AC makes noises, (b) the cupboards are not great and (c) the hot water geyser does not work properly - you get lukewarm warm water. 3. The wifi does not work in the rooms, you have to go hunting around the property to get a good wifi connection. 4. Breakfast: for some reason the breakfast does not start before 8:30am - which is strange as they are people who want to get up early. There is NO breakfast spread. It is limited to fruits, juice, eggs and one Indian mains. If you are there for more than 2 days, you will get the same repeated. Summary: great location, beautiful property, nicely done rooms - has a few things that needs sorting - most importantly maintenance of rooms, housekeeping and breakfast.
Guest：Casa Anjuna is one of the best kept secrets of Goa and located just 400m from the bustling Anjuna beach and all the clubs and shacks, this property has the best of both worlds. The quiet and calm and the best night life just 1/2 a km away. 30 of us descended on to this boutique property for a college get-together and reserved 21 rooms out of the 24 rooms. Putting it in a nutshell, we had the whole property to us and the staff went out of their way to pull all stops. Dharmender who helped me with the booking and planning the whole destination reunion and Sameer who at the resort who took care of all the needs just made us feel like royalty. The whole staff is well groomed and sensitive to the guest needs and we witnessed it at the breakfast and the pool party they organised for us. The property itself is nestled among tall trees designed like an old heritage Goan home, where one when enters feels as part of the Goan heritage. From the 15 m pool to the lawns sweeping through the site, you feel the closest to the nature and even though it is just 400 m from the beach, the tranquility and the atmosphere inside is serene and unparalleled to most 5 star resorts. The food is nice and the staff makes it a point to cater to the needs of the guests as per their preferences. We witnessed this for the dinner we organised for 30 people and how efficiently they handled it. All in all this place is a great destination by itself and great value for money. The housekeeping could be tad better but I can't wait to try out their other properties on my next visit.
Guest：I stayed here 4 nights ***** with others in Goa for a special birthday celebration. The setting is sublime, with gorgeous grounds and tasteful decoration. Wifi was fast and steady most of the time. Air conditioning in the guest rooms was fine, and much needed. Staff was thoughtful and accommodating. It is not a super-luxury destination, but it is full of character, and prices are appropriate to the standards. I look forward to returning.
Guest：Quilt need to be replaced. Towels a well. Fan was stuck at high speed. Water glasses had horrible smell. Breakfast can be missed. Menu needs to be upgraded. Staff and service was good. Location is good. Cleanliness/hygiene can be improved.
