Guest：The room was small, clean, mattress uncomfortable. We asked for a room change but mattresses were all the same, poor quality) No orientation to property laundry, parking, no kitchen utensils for cooking, (this was an apartment type unit with stove refrigerator microwave) there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The location was fantastic. We stayed 2 weeks and never had bed linens changed, no vacuuming, no pick up or sweep in apt. Or around pool (plates, beer can, rubbish left by pool for many days) heater broken and could not swim for a few days. It was a chilly 40’s so heat was needed in pool. I would not book there again.
