Guest：We had a wonderful room with a great view. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the shows were fun, pools are great. Main pool is lovely and fun with lots of activities. The buffet had lots of options and the restaurants served amazing food. Perfect beach front access and good location. Easy to get to the malicon and downtown. David and Enrique went over the top with their service. This is our second visit and there was still lots to discover the second time around. Only complaint is we would have liked to have the option to pay half a day between morning checkout and late afternoon flight, or a late checkout fee.
Guest：The resort is a bit older, but it was very clean and in a great central location. The buffet was okay, but the à la carte restaurants were wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which really made our stay enjoyable. Overall, a great experience!
