  • Guest：Was very nice location close to everything all people and employees was nice in friendly thanks all you for you service
  • Guest：Facilities are safe and clean. Safe in the room. Room has AC. Free breakfast every morning. Staff is friendly.
  • Guest：I understand it's a very old hotel, with remodeled areas, but they weren't offered to me, even though there was room. Outside, there's SO MUCH noise, and all day and all night, between street vendors and the commuter train, it kept me awake. The outside is terrible, with too many homeless people and fruit carts parked everywhere, blocking access to the parking lot. The parking lot is a real, unlit cave, very intimidating. I definitely don't recommend it and wouldn't stay there again. They should at least post all this on the page where I made the reservation so there aren't any surprises.
  • Guest：El personal en general es muy amable y hacen su mejor esfuerzo para hacer sentir bien al cliente . Es un hotel antiguo con muchos detalles para mejorar . El fallo mayor lo tuvo expidia ya que compré un paquete con una habitación con aire acondicionado y ellos hicieron otra cosa y me pusieron en cuarto con detalles y con un abanico o ventilador. Horrible y lo peor es que según ellos no podían hacer nada me ofrecieron un cupón de 70 dólares por los inconvenientes al solo de hoy no lo e visto.
