Guest：I ended up booking this last minute as our other booking fell through. We requested a cot for our daughter only to be told upon landing that there was no cot available! When I said that they should probably have informed us of this BEFORE we got on the flight, I got a reply saying ‘you can cancel if you want’. The room had 3 single beds in it, although we had booked a room with double bed (and cot) and so we ended up pushing them all together against the wall and putting the baby on the innermost bed! The hotel was very loud all night. The walls are paper thin. The next morning we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent water pressure in the showers. The hotel is also very well situated for the leaning tower as well as lots of restaurants and shops. It is also about 1 minute away from the train station which was ideal for us as we left to go to Cinque Terre. I think this hotel is tolerable if you’re only staying for one night in transit to somewhere else.
Guest：A very pleasant stay. Nice welcome from the friendly staff. The room was a good size and very clean. An ideal location near the railway station and about a 20 minute walk to the cathedral and tower. Lovely hotel and a nice touch with the sweets in the room.
