Guest：Very clean and comfy room. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. A great place to stay with easy access into Plymouth if you have a pet with you. Staff we so friendly with our dog and its great they allow them into breakfast.
Guest：Reception is not sign posted and pillows are far too soft but housekeeping were great. Really friendly, accommodating and efficient. Shout out to Vicenta who always came with a smile and laugh - great customer service.
