Guest：Amazing property. Great food and hospitality. Suraj from F and B service team in Asaka restaurant was friendly and gave us grea service and gave us perfect suggestions for food . ??
Guest：Stayed here for a company conference. They have really nice amenities including a bowling alley. The sky deck has some picturesque sunset views. The stay was supremely comfortable and great for us as a group. But what added delight for me personally was when I forgot my laptop at the property - I contacted the front desk. This is when Mansi Shukla the house keeping manager proactively reached out to me on phone assured me of having found it and express couriered it to me in a day’s time! People like her make customers leave with a exceeds expectation delight! :)

The hospitality was outstanding, the property is beautiful, and the food was excellent. Once you are here, you’ll feel luxury at every corner. A very special thanks to *Anisha*, (the one in the picture with us) who truly went above and beyond for us. Her prompt responses, warm attitude, and thoughtful gestures added a beautiful personal touch and made our stay exceptionally memorable. The entire staff was humble, courteous, and always willing to help. Housekeeping was quick and efficient — thanks to Gaurav — and Sunaina was also a wonderful host. Highly recommended for a peaceful, luxurious, and memorable stay. Truly a must-visit property in Rishikesh!
Guest：The best hotel in the Lap of Himalayas, with spectacular view. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely focused on making everything easy and comfortable. The service throughout the stay was flawless without ever feeling forced. The evening program live music, Ganga Aarti, high tea with finger, licking food was a great surprise: relaxed, well curated and actually enjoyable after a long day. Breakfast was equally impressive, with fresh options, great flavour and the kind of quality you normally don’t expect. Open deck with swimming pool and jacuzzi, often clouds covering us and making us feel and bringing solace. Everything just worked perfectly. No stress, no issues, just a smooth, memorable stay that set the bar very high.
