Guest：Overall, everything was immaculate. There were a few issues in our room, but they didn’t affect our stay. The reading lights on the bed didn’t work, and one was almost broken off. There was also water damage all the way down the wall by the window, which caused the wallpaper to be rippled. However, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the TV worked, and we felt safe and it was quiet. The staff was amazing! I witnessed a guest being awful to one of the staff members who worked the overnight shift. The staff member kept their cool and remained very professional. I, on the other hand, was ready to throw my sandal at the guest's head! I highly recommend staying here, and for all future trips to Minneapolis, this will be the place we stay.

Guest：The staff, especially at the front desk and the restaurant, was always super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself and the rooms we saw (we asked for different rooms twice) were totally worn down. Cables sticking out of the wall, missing lamps, bed linen full of stains and broken zippers, wallpaper ripped off on parts of the walls - not 4* worthy!!
