  • Guest：Breakfast wasgood, nice variety. Staff friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
  • Guest：The breakfast was hot and fresh and the service was excellent. The room temp was somewhat hard to control. I was greeted by a very friendly and accommodating staff.

  • Guest：This is certainly a no-frills hotel. It’s in a great location that’s walkable to everything in downtown Asheville but it’s badly in need of a renovation. The free parking is a nice amenity but the towels in the bathroom are very old and feel like sandpaper. The rates here are less expensive than other and much nicer hotels in downtown so I guess you get what you pay for.
