  • Guest：Rooms were tired, for a ‘spa hotel’ it lacked the basics. Staff largely v inexperienced to the point of rudeness. Despite staying 2 nights and having spent my Saturday at hospital with my v sick father, they refused to let me have dinner as I’d not booked Will not go back!
  • Guest：Reception staff were great but the room and bathroom was very small and very poorly layed out. The pool was much colder than the last time we stayed also very noisy with half the pool cordoned off for children's swimming lessons with a very loud instructor! Also cold streams of water pumping into the jacuzzi area. So not the most relaxing time. Quite a few areas need updating. Went to run the bath in the morning and noticed bits and a dirty mark in the bath. Hard bed and thin pillows. A real shame because we are from north Wales and loved the place prior to this visit.
