Guest：Very good stay? Disappointed that we were downgraded to a 'cozy' room which is code for tiny, but it was a nice room, staff were lovely and the atmosphere was great for the rugby as well as the location. All in all a lovely stay and we will be back

Guest：Nice service but need improvement on cleanliness and maintenance. When we arrived at our room, we see a bunch of flies flying above the bed because of the opened window. The staff at the reception soon replaced it with an upgraded room. Room is nice but there’s mould in shower and bed sheet wasn’t perfectly fitted. Also the window of the room cannot be securely closed and locked.
