Guest：I arrived after 10 pm to find the front door locked. I had received a phone call while I was driving and did not answer. I redialed that number and it went to a voicemail. A representative came to the front door and asked why didn't I call the number on the door. I felt like i did something wrong. The room wasnt quite as expected, The draws on the entertainment unit couldn't close shut, I'd say a hazard if one were to go to the bathroom in the dark. A used towel was found on the shower curtain rack. Amenities were scarce. A night I hopefully wont have to repeat. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. I gave a 2/10 because the bed was comfortable.
Guest：Room was very warm and shower and vanity were very clean.Sheets on bed fresh and pillows were very comfortable
Guest：The room was freezing the pool and hottub were closed and we didnt even get the room we booked. There for 3 night and no rokm service
Guest：The curtains in our motel room had holes in them, mirror had hand prints on it, tub had a chip out of it, fridge was dented. Door to riom paint was chipped off. Sheets elastic worn so much didn't stay in bed. Hot tub had foam in it not sure what that was We did not expect to be staying in a motel room adjacent the. main hotel. Very disappinting
