Guest：We stayed at the Serene palace for 2 nights, comfortable rooms, very clean complimentary tea, coffee and fruit. Good breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful, special mention to Phin. We stayed in room 702 with balcony, could see across the city, very high up ?? Guest：I stayed at the Hue Serene Palace hotel in October 2025 during one of Hue’s worst floods in years and was provided exceptional service from staff and the amazing facilities. The staff were extremely welcoming and provided great hospitality during the floods and made my stay one I will remember fondly as it really went to show how friendly and hospitable Vietnamese people are. I am so glad I stayed at the Hue Serene Palace hotel during my stay in Hue and would definitely stay with them again if I ever visit again

Es ist sehr sauber, organisiert und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich und kümmern sich um die G?ste. Die Zimmer sind top; das Frühstück ist klasse, da sehr viel frisches Obst angeboten wird und auch andere k?stliche Speisen offeriert werden. Die Lobby ist sehr stylisch und die Angestellten helfen dabei, wichtige Attraktionen und Ausflüge vorzustellen bzw. diese zu buchen. 10/10! Sehr gut, Serene Palace! Weiter so!
Guest：这家酒店很值得推荐，虽然它开的时间不短，但是被店员们打理得很好。房间宽敞乾净，而且地段特别好，距离200米就有非常便宜的租车店，街口又是非常厉害的餐厅，几百米有非常好吃的糖水，还离five按摩店非常近，可以説是处在一个非常好的路段特别方便。最后就是想特别称赞一下整个店的店员都非常nice，热情的Amy还有迎宾的男生和女生都非常热情，最后酒店还帮我预约了到岘港的汽车，让我整个旅程都非常完美，感谢 This hotel is highly recommended. Although it has been in operation for quite some time, it is well maintained by the staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the location is particularly good. There is a very cheap car rental shop 200 meters away, a very good restaurant at the street corner, a very delicious sweet water a few hundred meters away, and it is very close to the Five Massage Parlor. It can be said to be in a very convenient and excellent location. Finally, I would like to particularly praise the entire staff of the hotel. They are all very nice and friendly. Amy, the welcoming staff, as well as the male and female greeters, are all very enthusiastic. The hotel even helped me book a car to Da Nang for my entire journey, making it a completely perfect trip. Thank you.
