Guest：Amazing place. Great and charming atmosphere. All the houses got diffident and cosy feeling. We did a long wedding weekend. Can't be more happy with the team there! Gabriele and the team met all our needs. Helped us all the way from organising to preparing the wedding. Must visit poetic place!!!
Guest：We had our wedding at Borgo back in June and we cannot say enough amazing things about the villa and the staff. The villa itself is stunning, everything is incredibly taken care of, every single house was beautifully maintained and clean. Gabriele went above and beyond to ensure our guests were taken care of and that the weekend went smoothly. He helped us navigate florals, grocery shopping, places to eat, and truly was a joy to be around. The weekend wouldn't have been as successful without his help and guidance! We couldn't be happier with our stay at Borgo and hope to be able to come back soon! If anybody is looking for a relaxing beautiful stay we highly recommend picking Borgo Il Poeta as your next trip. Guest：Heavenly place with all the peace and quiet you could wish for, within a 10-15 min drive there’s an outdoor swimming pool where you can expect crowds of mainly locals, if you like some time off from all the serenity Borgo il Poeta has to offer. Excellent service and as much as you desire…. The villa’s are equipped with all the luxery you require and else Gabriele will provide ??. Close to Borgo are some spectacular sites to visit, Assisi being one of them. Florence is about 2 hrs away and Rome 3 hrs by car. The only hard thing in Italy is getting used to the driving style but once you get the hang of that you’re good to travel anywhere. All and all we ‘d love to visit this place again and for more than just one week!!!
Guest：My wife, my parents and my in-laws spent 2 incredible nights at Borgo il Poeta in Umbria. We were given Casa Tettoia which was absolutely perfect for our needs! This is our second time at the Borgo and I can honestly say that this is the BEST place to be while traveling between Umbria and Tuscany! Conveniently located in the greenest hearth of Italy, near Gubbio, Assisi, Lake Trasimeno, Siena and Florence. Casa Tettoia was immaculate clean, spacious, warm with a beautiful huge real fireplace and a spectacular outdoor veranda with incredible view of the Tiber Valley. The "Mayor' of the Borgo Gabriele and his wife Sofia are INCREDIBLE hosts! We are recommending this place to ANYONE who wants privacy, luxury, exclusivity and yet so close to all major tourist attractions in Umbria and Tuscany. We WILL be back!
