5 minutes’ walk eastward to the West Lake and 15 minutes’ westward to Lingyin Temple, surrounded by tea-farmer-village and hills, Banyan Art House, a courtyard with bamboos and a house with white walls and black tiles, is waiting for you, hoping to be your home beside the West Lake.

Our bedrooms, mini book bar, saloon, terraces, every casual corners are filled with artistic atmosphere. The paintings, the artistic installations, even the vases or plants could show our differences. The hosts work on art and architecture would like to share modern art culture and design concept with you if you happen to meet our small art exhibition, art lecture or concert.

Our house is convenient for tour.You can walk to the scenic of Yanggongdi and Chinese Tea Museum in 15 minutes.And it’s just walking or biking distance to Hangzhou flower Garden, the Su Causeway, the Bai Causeway, the Faxi Temple, Tiger Spring, Longjing village, Meijiawu,Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies, Zhejiang University and other scenic spots.And it’s also convenient for meals.There are some wonderful restaurant of Hangzhou dishes ,such as Green tea restaurant and Nongtangli. Some peasant family restaurants nearby are good chocies for you as well.
