会员9827：第一：前台是客第一接触人员，印象好服务棒棒哒！担心我们找不到房间还送我们去找房间。第二：疫情原因酒店客人较少早餐供应还是非常丰盛，当地特色羊肉牛肉面等东西。第三：酒店外观宏伟，准5星级标准，美中不足就是太荒凉了。第四：酒店干洗价格很亲民，但是酒店房间入住了三天几乎不能看！原因如图。
沙与沫 WX号 wx1092：我们是自驾游，开了二间各二晚的房间。酒店设施齐全，服务态度与质量非常好！从前台到清洁各个环节的服务人员都彬彬有礼，非常亲切！房间装修豪华，干净整齐，早餐也非常丰盛，停车方便，离市区及景点都非常近，值得推荐！
会员4923：位置离鸣沙山很近，占地大景观美，有个很大的停车场。硬件设施完备，房间布置温馨舒适，卫生间有淋浴房和浴缸，热水出来的非常快，水量大温度高。早餐品种丰富，干净卫生，用餐环境典雅舒适，牛肉面和羊肉汤口味正宗。最值得一提的是酒店服务，从前台到餐厅再到楼层服务员，每个人都面带微笑彬彬有礼，会主动和客人问好。特别让我感动的是晚上游玩回来，惊喜地发现服务员在房间里准备了泡脚桶和开水，还留了问候纸条。不管是软硬件都妥妥是五星级酒店标准，甚至还超出了客人的预期。一句话总结：来敦煌选择华夏敦煌大酒店就对了。
会员6805：12/21到敦煌，想去鸣沙山月牙泉看日出日落搜了一下敦煌华夏国际大酒店离景区最近，就预订了两晚酒店。到酒店后前台服务员很快给办理了2间临近的房间，有小哥带我们到房间。进房间后有惊喜，房间有加湿器、浴盐、泡脚桶，让我疲惫的身体得到放松。房间很大设施不错，床睡的舒服，住了2晚后又续住一晚，推荐入住。现在淡季一晚价格200出头太便宜了。
