Guest：first I was given a room on 2nd floor which is located a floor under the main floor , but the hotel staff said it is not basement level. Later, I requested to change to another room on 3rd floor as I could obviously hear the machine vibration sounds kept on and off in the room of 2nd floor.I have booked three rooms and finally figured out with my family that all of our rooms including 3rd and 4th floors could hear the machine vibration sound during all day n night time. Most of the staff were impolite, they refused to help carrying our luggages when we’re asking for help. Poor sound insulation and poor service comparing to last year stayed in.

The hotel is freshly renovated and very clean. You will have many food options and small shops around. The next day you can continue your hike to the top of the mountain.
