From the moment I checked in, she made me feel completely at home with her genuine care and attention. Her assistance and local insights were invaluable, setting a perfect tone for my entire stay. Secondly, a huge thank you to Ms. Jiang Qiuhua from the housekeeping team. Her meticulous attention to detail was remarkable—the room was always immaculate, cozy, and refreshed. Her hard work and quiet dedication made returning to the room each day a real pleasure. Both individuals went above and beyond to create a comfortable and memorable experience for me.
