Guest：We came from England visiting Xi’an where we used to work and live 30 years ago. We originally booked four nights, and then extended one more night without hassle. The location, the bedding and the room service were all excellent. We were welcomed in our room with a basket of various snacks. We were provided with several bottles of drinking water every day, all to our great pleasure. The room was spacious. we were really very happy to have chosen this hotel. Thanks to the management and all the staff who have made our stay a memorable one.
Guest：I had an overall great experience at Titan Hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, very clean and comfortable for my needs. The air conditioning was not working due to it being spring time and I was told it would start working in 2 weeks after my stay. Luckily the windows did open and it was a cool breeze that would come in. My only suggestion to the hotel was not to put guest that smoke on the same floor as the non smoking. In China many many people smoke. The hallway may have had the scent of smoke but my room never smelled like it. Otherwise this hotel was great near a metro station. Also the breakfast was great.
