  • Guest：同样价位的酒店，其他酒店免费提供的，您这里没有，这是减分项；其他酒店没有，您这里有，才是加分项。 酒店离春熙路很近，服务人员算是应答及时，但处理问题有瑕疵。 酒店房间打扫非常不好，第一天入住晚上很晚了，用冰箱时发现之前住客遗留的饭菜，很恶心不知道放了多久，联系前台，等了二十多分钟，是前台处理的。浴室玻璃上有长长的头发。而我是染色短发。习惯写便签请每天倒垃圾不用帮忙收拾，写便签时发现没有便签纸了，只有三四张之前住客剩余的画过画的便签，和前台反应过这个没有处理。 因为冰箱问题服务人员免除了入住两天房间内的一次性消费品的费用。（虽然你免除费用，但需要付费的物品我也只用了六瓶水）盛夏酷暑，天气炎热，住了两天两个人一共喝了六瓶水（百岁山矿泉水2、脉动2、苏打水2）其中三瓶是在我询问后补充的，在送来时酒店服务员説每个房间只摆放三瓶，不管住几天都不会再补充，説的让人听着很不舒服！既然酒店有了处理真的没有必要告知住客这些让住客觉得自己占了你的便宜，楼下就是超市，买瓶矿泉水并不麻烦。但是每天消耗品使用后没有补充就是你酒店的失误，如果这是你酒店的正常操作，那这就是你酒店区别于其他任何酒店的减分项，这在其他酒店根本不会出现。其他需要付费的物品如一次性浴巾等我自带了并没有用酒店的。不占你那个便宜！ 酒店入住需要交200元按金，我定的房间400多每天，是我住过少见的这个价位不提供房间免费矿泉水的，很多同价位酒店大部分已经提供免费一次性浴巾马桶垫酒精消毒湿巾。虽然酒店有过滤水直饮机，但是酒店有没有想过有的顾客想喝矿泉水就是因为不想用酒店的杯子。
