会员3384：特别满意的入住体验！提前打电话预订了免费接站服务，酒店特别派出一辆中巴车专门接我们，服务超预期！到酒店是上午，本想把行李先放前台去金顶，前台特别贴心地找了一间可入住的空房提前为我们办理入住。爬了一天峨眉山特别累，回来就去了灵秀温泉，就在酒店旁边，泡完之后腿酸明显缓解，效果好明显。回到酒店又发现酒店特别贴心，赠送了两份银耳羹。酒店环境幽静，位置特别好，早餐特别丰富，离报国寺车站很近，在这里坐景区大巴车进山，周边吃饭的地方也很多。特别点赞酒店的服务，细节之处体现了对住店客人的尊重与重视，很贴心也很暖心！
