  • 会员5982：酒店高大上，从前台、客房、餐厅、到门卫、指挥停车师傅服务到位，都非常热情周到。早餐丰富，食材新鲜。我咨询前台一些问题，都一一耐心回答，到客房问服务员WiFi密码，由于本人年纪大怕记不住，服务员把密码写在手上，让我拍下来，有着超强的服务意识，由于第二天出门去景点需要一天时间，所以买了两个包子当午饭，让餐厅服务员帮加热一下，服务员二话没说就给加热好了，由于从北京开车到酒店已很晚，门前车已停很多，保安师傅负责认真的帮指挥停好车，让我感到酒店从硬件到软件的服务超好超强，名副其实的超五星酒店。
  • 会员8710：酒店位置位于市中心地段，外出购物非常的方便，酒店的大堂装修豪华，进去以后给客人的视野非常开阔。同时服务员也很热情几乎对于客人的要求是有求必应，大堂经理小贾贴心温暖。

  • 会员5027：首次入住酒店，感觉特别的满意，无论从硬件还是软件都没得说，房间卫生干净，还赠送水果、小点心，茶品，特别的贴心。前台服务很热情，退房还赠送了矿泉水，下次还会入住。
