Scenic Mountain Retreat is located in Yangshuo, Jima village which is rich in historical cultural resources, and is the hometown of a famous general of Qing Dynasty. Developed using Qing and Ming dynasty style as its theme, we built it according to the standard of an ancient Chinese general’s house. Perfectly coordinate with local ancient well preserved boutique houses, you will feel like you have traveled back into time 300 years and feel the charm and nostalgia while walking nearby. You will surely enjoy the Karst mountains and rice paddies that surround the building and village. Then pause to have a cup of coffee or tea on the balcony, while appreciating the masterpiece of blue bricks and tile construction that ancient Chinese created, allowing the beauty of elegant, primitive simplicity and peace to enter deep into your heart. Frog sounds, fountain, fish in the garden pool can carry you deep into real Chinese culture, a culture that others can only see in Chinese traditional landscape paintings.
