  • Guest：前台态度超级差，打电话谘询个问题像欠她500万一样，也不解决问题。。。退房的时候也是，还有20分钟来催退房，感受不到尊重，只有语气中想赶紧赶你走的态度，感觉面对面一定会翻你一个白眼的那种，两次听起来都是一个不太年轻的中年女人声音，碰到这种真的很生气，从来没有遇见过这种人
