The Grand Lijiang hotel (Lijiang gelan dajiudian) is a Chinese-Thai joint venture located in a site overlooking old Lijiang and within walking distance of many scenic areas including the Dongba Cultural Center and Black Dragon Pool. This Lijiang hotel's rooms and suites are comfortable and equipped with the modern facilities that you would expect from a hotel in line with international standards. For dining, the &Snowbird Restaurant& provides Chinese and Western cuisines. The lobby lounge is also pleasant and the &Paradise Club,& is the hotel's own nightclub. It should be noted that this hotel is much more expensive than other accommodation options in Lijiang, but does provide quality accommodations.
