  • Guest：怎么说呢，这次入住体验不是很好。首先入住之前携程后台私聊是已读不回的，也只是礼貌询问，并不是非要升级，问了名字之后不回是什么意思，不可以就不可以呗，但是不回就很不礼貌；其次，办入住，前台主动说扫码加企微注册会员送早餐，但是没说清楚规则，没有说只有一份，说的是一天，扫码了之后说是只有一份，需要两份要再加个会员，算了，不吃了，这早餐也不是非吃不可，这个kpi就当送给你们了。第三，房间的厕所是有味道的，一股浓浓的尿骚味，不知道这家酒店是不是做完卫生后，都不用主管经理查房的吗，当天放完行李后就出去了，后面回来太晚了就只能凑合一晚了。第四，空调是对着床的位置的，吹的头疼，这个设计就很不合理。值得表扬的就是洗衣机还是很好用的。
  • Guest：隔音很差，凌晨三点隔壁在那里大吵大闹听得一清二楚，非常影响睡眠，找前台处理也没什么用，无语了
