Guest：Quiet and beautiful location. Do take note of which wing you are staying in. If staying at Tingtao rooms, the drop off is at the conference centre/ tingtao area.
Guest：My family had a very pleasant stay at East Lake Hotel. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax. The overall environment is quiet and enjoyable. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would especially like to commend Zhang Chi (張弛) for his professionalism and warm attitude—he was always attentive and willing to help. A special thank you as well to the security staff Li Ge (李哥), who was very responsible and kind, making me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay. Overall, a great hotel with great people. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
Guest：We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. My favorite was the porridge made of sweet rice wine and sweet rice dumplings. 我們在2025年8月入住了聽濤2#東湖酒店三晚，很棒，強烈推薦！東湖飯店以風景秀麗著稱，一如所料，景色絕對驚艷，但比景色更好的是最好的客戶服務。他們指派了一名工作人員俞女士來幫助我們。俞女士給了我們她的微信聯系方式，以便我們輕松聯系。俞女士很專業，很有禮貌，她竭盡全力確保我們的住宿完美，我們遇到的任何疑慮/問題，她都很快處理了，包括幫忙洗衣服！我們住過武漢、北京、上海的其他五星級酒店，但沒有其他酒店提供這種水平的服務。前臺也非常樂于助人。最后但并非最不重要的一點是，他們的自助早餐是我們這次旅行入住的 6 家酒店中最好的。我最喜歡的是甜米酒熬制的粥.
