  • Guest：Smooth check in and very good location. Nanjing East Shopping Street and metro within 2 mins walk. Good room size but too busy shopping that forgotten to take room pictures.. Definitely recommended..
  • Guest：A very clean hotel at a strategic location, and great view from the corridor. It’s around 100m walk from Exit No. 1 of the metro station (Exit No. 2 is wheelchair accessible). Self-service bottled water is available right outside the lift. Amenities (e.g. toiletries and disposable slippers) are provided on a daily basis. Robot will deliver your food delivery order to the room, although it may take more time during peak hours. There is a rack at the entrance (24hrs CCTV in operation) to collect parcel on behalf of customers, but it could be difficult to find your parcel sometimes because there are lots of parcels delivered everyday. All staffs are friendly and welcoming. In overall, this is a very pleasant stay.
  • Guest：I have stayed at a dozen hotels in Shanghai City. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of mine. The location of this hotel is the heart of East Nanjing Road. The prime areas of all the good food, shopping , metro excess ( very close) and the easy to walk over to the The Bund, Shanghai .( about 15mins) I’ll be back again for this hotel my future stays in Shanghai.
