Guest：首先总体我觉得比较一般，对于一个四星级的酒店来説，除了服务确实不错，甚至挺好以外的话，其他真的没什么好説的，并且有些做的实在是很差首先最让我生气的地方就是，我入住的第一天晚上居然会停电，并且停了两次，第一次是九点半左右，第二次是十二点半左右，我刚好洗完澡准备吹头发，但是突然一下就停电了，我只好开手机摸着去擦乾，如果这是年纪稍微大一点的长者什么的怎么办，或者小孩子怎么办呢？第一次其实问过前台，也确实很快就恢复了，但是没想到第二次还会停，真的觉得这一点非常生气。第二点是那个淋浴喷头，且先不説设施较为老旧的问题，并且这是更新过的（这一点服务做的还行，因为我订的一开始的那个房间是设施更为老久的，可以给我升级的一个房型，并且我去询问，前台也説可以看看哪个好你想要哪个都可以），但是洗澡的水温，不仅一开始往最热的开会出一小段时间冷水，而且水温其实并不是很热并且水压很低，只能説可以洗，但是肯定不是那么舒服。而且，虽然是有两个喷头，但是那个切换的东西似乎是坏的，我无论怎么调，它都两个出水，但是这个不太影响，只是看着糟心。第三点是中央空调，那个中央空调真的很老旧没有更新，而且里面很脏布满了灰尘，并且出风非常不好，直接是没有暖风的，冷风我并不知道，虽然我反馈了，前台帮我拿了一个暖风机送上来。衞生还可以吧，没有什么灰尘和垃圾，服务确实挺不错，早餐吃了一天，其实也还好，种类不算太多也不算太少，但是真的设施方面的非常影响体验

The breakfast was not bad compared to a room rate. I cannot say all service and facilities are good to stay because it is too old. ?? it reminds of an old-style Chinese hotel. We had dinner at a hotel restaurant and ordered the 4 persons package. It doesn’t taste fresh but not too bad. There were only two teams including us, having dinner. We had a calm and peaceful dinner time. The staff was very friendly. ?? However, if you care of the location and prices, this hotel is reasonable ??
Guest：不愧名字叫饭店啊！？就靠卖客人早餐赚钱！唉？旅游局的老爷们真是瞎了，就这般样子，还评个硬四????????星，吐…。先説説饭店的前台服务人员，一丁点的服务意识和标准都没有，这叫一个差！其次，四??饭店的硬件设施，惨不忍睹，啥啥都是坏的！衞生不能细看？唉，本来是冲着4??去的，看来是下坑了！我很少给酒店打这么低分，这次实在是看不过眼了，这样的饭店简直是给桂林乃至全国的四??饭店摸黑，让大家对四星饭店失去信任！
