Guest：An affordable hotel which is very close to Luowu station (walking distance). There was no real bed in my room. Merely a mattress on the floor.
Guest：价格实惠，在罗湖口岸旁边，阿姨衞生打扫的很乾净，很安静。服务周到，忘记带充电器了，打个电话马上送过来了。服务枱的两个帅哥还给我们免费升级了豪华标间。早餐很丰富。很满意的一次入住，下次去香港肯定还会选择这间酒店。
Guest：第二次入住了这家酒店了，一如即往的不错，服务态度很好，小姐姐还很好帮我免费升级。衞生保持的也很乾净，主要是地理位置很好加上性价比高。前台的时候听到很多香港商务人来这里入住！会继续过来的，希望一直保持，越来越好。

What Stood Out Positively: Rooms and Comfort: My deluxe room was clean, with plush bedding, a mini-fridge stocked with local snacks, and smart TVs with international channels. The bathroom was a highlight—rainfall shower, quality toiletries, and heated floors. Service and Food: Staff were friendly and efficient; check-in was seamless with a welcome drink. Breakfast buffet had a great mix of Western and Chinese options—fresh dim sum, fruits, and omelets made to order. Room service was prompt too. One Area for Improvement: The air conditioning was a bit inconsistent—it cooled the room adequately during the day but struggled at night, leaving it stuffy. I suspect the filters need a refresh, as there was a faint musty smell when it first kicked on. A quick maintenance check would make this spot-on. Value for Money: At around ￥500/night, it’s a steal for the amenities and location. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone prioritizing convenience over luxury. 3.5/5 stars! (Pro tip: Request a higher-floor room for better views and slightly stronger AC flow.)
