Guest：隔音非常差！！不管是地板还是天花板整体都像用非常薄的材料做的，楼上从11点起一直咚咚咚不停的有敲击地板的声音，重重摔门的声音，我觉得酒店的装修用料差要负非常大的责任。我第二天还要赶高铁，本来睡眠很浅，和前台反覆反应了很多次到凌晨四点半才解决。前两次告诉我住我楼上的房客睡着了只有鼾声不可能发出声音。我提醒值班前台楼上的隔壁房间他们是否有观察，才发现是隔壁发出的噪音，如果我没有要求酒店去查看楼上的隔壁，就只能接受酒店所谓［楼上住客已经休息了，我们不可能去打电话打扰他们］，然后忍耐噪音到天亮。酒店硬件有问题，配套服务也非常差！！早上很早又有保洁敲门打扫衞生，为什么不看客人挂的“静”？前台为了让我买金会员不停的推销，説酒店位置偏远附近什么吃的都没有，很难买早餐哦，我想问凌晨四点半才能入睡还能七点半起来吃你们的早餐吗？整体入住体验非常差！！！
