Guest：车那天限号，正好路过，就住了一晚，窗下是饭馆，9层也不能开窗通个风只能空调，开窗挺吵。然后吧有个小插曲，晚上出了个门儿，也不清楚这个酒店的流程，产生了停车费，回来和前台説了，也应了给我处理，可到现在也没退啊！整体感受:服务不咋地，沟通呢就是不会唠嗑儿，技巧没有，可以説差劲，还没点儿眼力见儿。
Guest：1??房间票写的无早餐，结果有早餐票，前台説都没説那个小圆纸片是早餐卷，不是我不讲理，经常出来住前台都会説早餐在几楼几点到几点这是最基本的吧？带着两个孩子也是手忙脚乱没有注意第二天退房才发现。2??住的房间孩子一上床就説有小虫，好多的衞生间的那种小虫，衞生间、镜子上、被子上、墙上总能遇到一两个。3??地面清洁做的不好，孩子光脚丫子地上走了一圈就小脚黑黑的。4??订的一积分换的欢迎水果前台提也没提，不是稀罕这份水果，而是既然有这个你为啥不给？
Guest：这家全季酒店很不错的，价格实惠，服务周到，前台服务态度也很好，一楼有健身房、洗衣房等配套设施。住宿环境也很好，乾净整洁，衞生间乾湿分离，屋内配有茶具，床很舒服，刷卡上楼，智能机器人配送，安全性比较高
Guest：花49开了华住会员送了两天的双早很划算；30平的房间住着很舒服，空调和用水也没有任何问题；外卖机器人送得特别迅速，不像之前住的一些酒店要等半天；退房的时候在外面没赶回来，免费延了两小时很人性化；外面有肯德基必胜客还有一整条夜市大排档啥的，外卖选择也很多，不愁没地方吃饭。
