  • Guest：设施：有小度同学 衞生：不太好办理入住进去马桶没洗乾净有水渍和泡沫在边边上 衞生：冼手台有多根毛发非常糟糕不好沙发上也有毛发。特别是早餐的水果李子都有毛发在水果上非常不好的行为。 环境：环境不错吧就是酒店隔音不行昨天办理入住进来不知道是隔壁还是上面老是会有光着脚走路的声音非常大晚上都有特别是我入住的时候凌晨5点钟的声音特别大。也跟酒店前台沟通过此事酒店前台不当回事。我没有提出退费申请但携程方面告诉我退款不了一点。我想环境差服务差衞生差体验感不怎麽行。不是特别推荐这个酒店。我是携程旅行黑钻会员。我不差这点钱我只是需要他们重示并且告诉我一下。结果没有结果非常非常不推荐这个酒店。注特别是昨天投诉了这个问题我出去吃饭了他们没有经过我的许可或者容许私自进入房间打扫衞生清理厕所和毛发。
