Guest：AMAAAAAAAZING VIEW FROM THE ROOFTOP. Swimming pool has a automated water gun rental. perfect for kids. There are different types of hotspring pool at the rooftop area too. Room was spacious and very clean. In room hotspring fills up very fast and tub was big. Restaurant breakfast is international buffet style, it was delicious. Restaurant dinner was very good too, would say cheaper than eating at the surrounding restaurants outside of the hotel. Only downside is that everyone can see you soaking at the balcony even with the privacy screen.
Guest：We were very impressed with front desk service. Especially Ms Gong Hui. We were assigned a double bed room which we did not like due to it facing the street with several buildings instead of a full mountain view on a lower floor. Ms Gong entertained us and showed a preferred high floor unit facing more mountain view. We were assigned Room 1031 which maybe smaller than the booked double bed room. But the replacement met all our expectations. We were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay at the Lingnan Dong Fang Hotel. We will definitely return to stay at this Hotel again.
Guest：房间马桶不乾净，水壶的水垢很多，泡池反硷严重都没清理，二楼的阳台私隐差，都装了两个帘了，就是要空两个出来，还有就是隔音差，明明订的就是亲子房，水给准备2瓶，牙膏牙刷也是两份，携程上写的清清楚楚是3份早餐，服务人员还拦住説只有2份，给看了订单详情，还要各种核实，一句话，体验好差
