  • Guest：This is a great hotel! The beds are very comfortable -not to soft and not to hard. good room temperature contráelo. quiet, clean, very modern amenities. the bathroom and shower are private. which is a big plus. so many hotels have showers or toilets with semi see through doors. this hotel has a a great bathroom! toothbrush, toothpaste , soap and shampoo plus all other necessary amenities are provided. coffee and tea available all day. nice lobby to sit and wait. the service is top notch . so polite and helpful! my go to for a home away from home!
  • Guest：Stayed here for 6 nights. Can't recommend it at all. The window was broken when I checked in and couldn't be opened. After fixing by an engineer, it could be closed, but it was so noisy from the street as it was no glass at all. Breakfast was the same every morning. the variety was bad. Cleaning was bad: they didn't clean the bathroom at all, and they didn't fulling up a shampoo. Staff is not English-speaking.
  • Guest：nyu shanghai student just staying for one night since its a close hotel, pretty good for being in 后灘. there seems to be a lack of staff but not a big deal if you’re not in a rush. service is pretty good, rooms are a good size, especially for couples. there are only 2 floors and laundry room and gym on the second floor. the gym could be improved, there were only 2 equipments…
