  • Guest：The hotel staff are amazing and very welcoming and kind and helpful. I arrived at midnight around 3:30 but still a beautiful girl was communicating with me until I didn't arrive and she helped me out to get in my room and she provided an upgraded room. Room service is quite good with almost all amenities. The location is amazing around the hotel there are two super big malls and there are several shops and street food to enjoy. Easy to get everything including the transport facility. I enjoyed a lot in my 5 days staying in this hotel and I would highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are planning to travel in Xi'an. I would be glad to come back again during the December break. Thanks!
  • Guest：The location and the service was great. Although we have minor issue checking in and some inconveniences in the first room. The receptions was so helpful to upgrade our room to a better one in no time??.
