Guest：我跟我先生第一次来恩施旅游，还没下高铁就感受到恩施人民带来的热情好客的淳朴民风，首先酒店打电话过来问是否要接，然后美女经理就亲自过来接，后来还帮我们升级到他们旁边新开的铂曼朵酒店，两个酒店装修都很漂亮，新开的铂曼朵更雅致一点，而且碰到的每个服务员都彬彬有礼，服务周到，包括经理、前台、餐厅和客房等服务员，让人感觉宾至如归。房间是用小米全智能产品，还有个大露台，设计理念非常新颖，房间和用品都很乾净，送的围炉煮茶也很有特色，特别是点心很好吃，茶也很香，应该是恩施玉露，自助早餐也很丰富，非常合我胃口。酒店就在女儿城的入口处，逛街、吃喝玩乐非常方便，所以第一天的恩施行程让我非常满意，下次过来还是住他们酒店。感谢感恩！
