  • Guest：Client service and proactivity needs to be improved. The hotel does not give any notice in advance that taxis cannot reach the hotel. We had to walk for 2 km with our luggage to reach the hotel. We had to ask the reception for a taxi on the day of departure. It never crossed their minds that we may need one instead of walking another 2 km! Lack of initiative ans sense of service Disappointing for one of the best hotels in town
  • Guest：当时和老妈一起出游，想着预订一下环境不错的酒店，携程上推荐这家酒店，我就抱着试试的心理，想着价位不低，应该还可以吧，当我入住以后，服务人员晓雅的微笑??，细心的服务，让我感觉在家一样，老妈特别的开心。酒店还配备了水果，每天都是新鲜哒，还有饮品，整个酒店的环境特别优雅。最让我暖心的是晚餐时，老妈的胃有点不舒服，用餐时，偶遇酒店领导，当听到我的菜品名字时，特意提示了一下，又辣椒，担心长者不能吃，当时老妈特别的感动，无微不至的关心，就像亲人一样，老妈说下次来平遥，还来杏花村酒店，看看亲人
  • Guest：最满意的是服务，入住前就有小王主动微信联系，对入住需求进行了了解并作相应安排，对需要提前预订的演出作了详细的介绍并帮忙优惠价预订。进了酒店房间，室内的暖气已提前打开，暖意洋洋。入住期间，主动介绍好吃的饭馆等讯息（推荐的饭馆味道很靠谱，而且还有折扣）。早餐时，餐厅工作人员也是细致入微地为小朋友提供服务。入住和离店都有工作人员接送。离店还送了伴手礼。落在房间里的东西也是帮我们保管的好好的。
  • Guest：房间干净设施很新，很高档，对出行品质有要求的人一定很满意，吃的也很好，提前一天点餐，味道很不错，酒店有接驳车接送，服务很好，睡眠环境更是好，很安静，工作人员都很热情和耐心，非常棒，推荐缇香
