  • Guest：这是我住过的最不满意的汉庭，进房间后烟味很大，我以为是前面客人吸烟后导致，就想着把门窗打开后会散去，晚上和前台反应了，前台説他们是无烟酒店，考虑到烟味会随着门窗对开渐渐散去，我就没有提出更换房间，哪知气味一直散不去，説明酒店管理很成问题，房间设施也太简陋，我很少给酒店差评，这次实在是不满意。
