  • Guest：酒店环境还挺好的很漂亮，但住进去的体验就很一般了?? 1、房都没退，门已经进不去了，这酒店真的很荒谬??退房时间在当天13：00，我11点左右回到酒店就已经无法用房卡打开门，我找隔壁打扫客房的小姐姐给我开的，等到12点我下楼拿外卖让前台给我刷新房卡，我再回去开，还是不能用????又跑下去再刷了一趟，这会终于能进去了 2、隔音超级超级差。我知道不能对酒店的隔音有太高的要求，但我住了这么多酒店，第一次住到隔音这么差的酒店。晚上十二点到凌晨四点半，我几乎可以説是一直没睡，断断续续能听到各个房间（意思是不止隔壁）不同人的交谈声、低声欢呼声还有洗手池水流的声音。隔音差可能和酒店构造也有点关系，酒店是类似四合院那样回字形的，走廊上有声音四周都能听到。 3、衞生条件也不是很好，淋浴房的下水口旁边脏兮兮的，下水盖也没盖好，马桶旁边的地上一圈黄黄的污渍很明显，我嫌恶心没拍照
  • Guest：晚上很晚才到的酒店，累的都没力气拍照！房间的格局很习惯，跃层式的上下两张1.5M的床，妥妥的住四个人完全没问题！早上匆忙退房后，酒店就第一时间?微信询问住宿后的感受！服务很细致！衞生很可以！最重要的是表扬小徐同学，化粧包（内有现金）忘房间了，小徐同学第一时间和我联系，又立刻帮忙快递下单寄回！地铁上匆忙的把家里地址填错了，又联系小徐同学帮忙修改地址！超级有耐心的员工！真的真的很感谢！
  • Guest：酒店自带小院子，如果是夏天会很舒服，前台很热情，走的时候还送了好几瓶水，我们是除夕入住的，晚上每个房间还送了饺子，边上就是周总理故居，对面是寻宝记，吃饭方便，离仓桥直街和鲁迅故里都不远，夏天的时候还想再来
