  • Guest：Cleanliness: can't fault it. Spotless Location: perfect. Extremely close to a subway station, in the same building as some convenient stores, cafés and restaurants. Also walking distance from other shopping malls and attractions in Lujiazui district. Services: very helpful and patient despite the language barrier. Amenity; beautiful, spacious room. I like having a sofa with an extra table. I liked the diffuser to keep the room smelling nice. I marked them down for the poor lighting in the bedroom. It made it hard to do my make up while sitting on the sofa. I prefer to do my make up while sitting instead of standing in front of the large mirror by the sink (it feels more comfortable). However, the lighting is too dark in the bedroom. Maybe include a chair so I can sit while doing my make up over the sink.
  • Guest：Very clean hotel. Location close to Line 2 South Pundong Road metro. Line 2 goes to Pudong airport and a few tourist attractions like Nanjing Road. Breakfast buffet was great, I’m vegan and the staff helped point out options for me like the yummy tofu dessert.
