  • Guest：先説缺点—— ①酒店隔音很不好，深夜11点隔壁两个房间説话我竟然可以听清楚，我无法接受；白天楼下秦腔清晰听见，声声入耳，我可以接受。。 ②酒店服务一般般，培训（责任心）待加强，有的前台热情周到，有的不予置评。 优点—— ①位置非常好，距离钟楼地铁非常方便，易俗社院落里以及钟楼周边的玩的吃的逛的也有很多特色，大家可以网上攻略。 ②酒店氛围听好。一楼健身房跑步机和哑铃比较方便。前台的酒吧有格调，但是我住的时候没有什么客人在酒吧，所以氛围???。房间比较INS，工具房功能人性化，也是别具一格，落地窗外的精致挺好。
  • Guest：Excellent location with lot choices of food nearby, train is just around the corner of the hotel, hotel front desk staff is helpful with airport transfer service, tour booking etc, they even surprise my son with the birthday decorations, cake and fruits. Free alcohol is given when we check in.
  • Guest：This is perfect hotel if you are first timer in Xian. Only few steps away from Zhonglou station exit C7. Muslim district is accessible through the station. Room itself is very clean, spacious and it has plenty of hooks for you to hang stuffs. Sophia upgraded our room and Lemon managed to checked us out smoothly and gave us gift. Thank you!
