Guest：房间衞生挺好，定的大床房，要求肃静的房间，就没对着古城那麪，要説离古城多近，与古城隔窗相望，晚上古城唱歌到凌晨一点多。宾馆离开城仪式的城门很近，每早10：30开始。周边吃饭交通都方便后面有大型停车场，可以免费停车
Guest：位置好，在当地是高档酒店，但是服务实在对不起这个价格。第一次住如家集团，受教了。前台服务人员培训不到位：1.有行李车，但客人进出没人招呼，没人帮忙运行李。2.携程钻石会员免费兑换的早餐，前台説不知道，现场一定要加会员送早餐，一个手机验证码不及时要你换个手机再加。后来通过携程协调，终于説他们自己不知道，道歉送水果小礼物。3.前一晚问有没有氧气瓶，説有卖。第二天出发前9点去买，説卖完了，没有补货。4.包车师傅问报车牌号免费停车，説1小时内免费，结果出门显示32分钟，收取2元停车费。5.床布上还有烟烫的洞。淋浴房的地是翘起来的。这样不靠谱没服务的前台和酒店，哪里配得上携程当地高档酒店榜？
Guest：Our was very enjoyable! The hotel is situated right across from Kashgar Old City and there are a lot of restaurants surrounding it. Receptionist and housekeepers were very accommodating. If you are a light sleeper, best to stay in rooms not facing the old city since the music from there will keep you up until 2am, but for people like me who can sleep through anything, it wasn’t really a bother. Overall, I would highly recommend staying in Jianguo Puyin Hotel! P.S. they gave us a souvenir at the end of our stay!! ????
