base is a serviced apartment brand managed by Golden Union Assets. base delivers a boutique serviced apartment concept with simple and well considered design. Centrally located in downtown Shanghai and Beijing, all of our properties are in good locations, and within proximity to public transport and access to friendly local communities.

Our base spaces evoke the cultural identity of the surrounding neighbourhood — becoming a bridge between modernity and locality, gracefully interpreting the past in the present. Each base property is well-appointed with a mini gym, cooking spaces and shared public spaces, which meets the basic needs of life, as well as allow residents to connect and socialise.
