Located in the capital Beijing and beside Yanqi Lake in Huairou District, Beijing Tongbai Mountain Villa is dedicated to building by Beikong Real Estate Group and positioned as a boutique themed museum hotel.Beijing Tongbai Mountain Villa extends the traditional hotel parking experience to a 27000 square meter garden, transforming the scenery and creating a new experience of immersing oneself in a picturesque environment. Designed by world-renowned architect Wang Shu, who won the Pulitzer Prize in 2012.
Beijing Tongbai Mountain Villa embodies the architectural design concept of "harmony but difference" through the integration of new and old materials and techniques. The overall layout of the site is inspired by the painting of Wang Ximeng, a painter of the Song Dynasty, "A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains", and the architecture and landscape pattern are created by referring to the painting of Liu Songnian, a painter of the Song Dynasty, "Four Scenery Mountains and Waters". The layout is grand in terms of meteorology, with a large, medium, and small scale; The architecture is simple and elegant, with a small and medium-sized design showcasing the grandeur. Eight landscape zones have been formed, covering the beauty of landscape architecture in the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. These zones include early spring sunshine, green pavilions, stone beams listening to waterfalls, water halls facing the wind, Berlin flowing springs, melon sheds chatting, cool autumn in the Baixi River, and cold plum blossoms in the Crane Pond.
