  • Guest：来北京出差，衞生状况一般，第一天入住就发现枕头带血非常恶心，当即联系方式前台给我拿了一个没有枕套的荞麦枕头，更不敢用，最后前台因为这个赔礼道歉，本来就算过去了。18号早上7:10前台一直打电话骚扰，因为是来北京出差的，并且工作量真的很大，打电话时我已连续工作27小时，并且3:00才入睡，到7:00才睡了4个小时，前台表示在我入住的209楼上房间的房客把身份证掉到了我房间窗户外的窗台，对方现在很着急，希望我开门马上让他进来捡，我当时真的太累太累太累了，感觉马上要猝死了，所以并不想理会就挂断了电话。五分钟后，前台直接带着楼上的房客一直来敲我房门，在门口喊让我开开门，让他们进来打开窗子捡下身份证，时间持续十分钟，一直敲门骚扰，并且同时打了第二次电话，前台表示我楼上的房客要去医院挂号，让我现在开门让他进来捡下身份证，怎么了？我的命就不是命了吗？？凭什么呢！！我只能在电话里大声祈求他，再让我睡半小时行不行！我真的求求你们了！！！我真的非常非常非常累，我凭什么就要一直被打扰被叫起床，我半小时后又要出门，等我出门你们自己随便进不行吗！随后发生了更恶心的事情，被我拒绝后，前台才开始想别的办法，他们用了扫把从楼上窗子把身份证扫下去了，仅仅用了一分钟就解决了。首先，丢了身份证是他自己的事情，我并不需要对此负责；其次，我知道人家着急，那也应该是你们去想办法，而不是不管不顾来打扰我，我已经27个小时没睡，并且只能睡四个小时又要去工作，凭什么我就该被你们吵醒；最后，我挂断电话后，还来我房间门口敲门十分钟，在门口喊我起床，紧接着继续打电话，请问这就是你们酒店的服务吗？！一共定了4晚2000多，説实话也并不便宜，结果却是这样的衞生和服务，事后涉事员工也没有向酒店经理汇报这个事情，是我主动询问投诉电话后，经理才知道这件事情，并且道歉。我拒接接受道歉，希望对涉事员工作出严肃处罚，我也会向平台投诉到底！
