Guest：Orange is my favourite hotel, in every city we always pick this one. My 1 star to service goes to the receptionists that are always confused scanning passports. We are foreigners that live in China for more than 10 years, and this hotel is next to Shanghai Hongqiao, I assume we are not the first foreigners checking in, and yet they just copy every page of the passport just in case, even pages with Schengen visa, expired visas etc. There are hotel where workers aware of their duties, and there are workers like here when they just confused and do extra unnecessary job to be sure, waste your time, do not hear you when you are explaining how they must proceed.
Guest：Third stay here. Usually nice and clean room very close to Honqiao Railway Station. Malls with many shops and restaurants are nearby. However, this time, room 2017 in particular, had some strange loud noise occasionally, seemingly coming from above outside. This woke me up three times during a single night. Aside from that it was a pleasant stay.
Guest：Trip.com should clearly list the full name of the hotel in English and Chinese (Orange Crystal Hotel - 桔子水晶酒店) and not just “Orange hotel” which Didi did not correctly find. I had to choose a nearby coffee house to get the Didi to the right place. Great location though, in amazing clean and upscale neighborhood.
