  • Guest user：全季一直是我们在外住宿的首选，全季的卫生工作也做得特别好，但昨天晚上有两件让我很不开心的事情，第一我在10点过给前台打电话告知房间遥控板没有电，中途她的电话也一直打不通，最后11.30我自己下楼去拿，态度也是非常敷衍与无所谓，就说她们一直很忙，没空给我拿上来。第二件事，如图所示我在房间的空调控制面板上发现了一个疑似摄像头的小孔，我询问前台，前台就叫人上楼来看，说让我放心，这个不是摄像头，我就问他那这个是什么，也说不清楚，就说他不知道，反正不是摄像头，我就让他去找个胶布来给盖上，他就说他去哪里给我找胶布，然后前台打电话来，就说这个他们人员看了，不是摄像头，但也说不上是什么，就说那就给你换房间，12点，让我把行李收拾了换新房间，而且新房间还是有同样的问题，我觉得全季的服务不应该是这样，只有一味的敷衍和消极处理，而且感觉投诉无门，前台无法告知她工号和名字，难道前台这种直接服务人员不被我们所监督吗？只有逃避吗？最后，我们在昨天晚上就给前台说过没有换房间，让她上来拿房卡，前台让放在房间就可以，结果早上拿他们自己卡来开了两次，说是来看昨天晚上的问题，这让我们体验真的非常不好。祝好
  • Guest user：健身房、洗衣房等配套齐全，楼下就是万象汇，步行10分钟内是地铁站，交通很方便。配套、交通都不错，退房延迟至14点，早餐也挺丰盛。周边离观山湖公园、喀斯特公园都很近。
  • Guest user：交通很便利到贵阳北站打车很方便地铁也很快房间干净整齐景观很好周边设施齐全到各个景点都很便利推荐入住噢尤其早餐很赞～服务一级棒前台服务员都很友好清洁的小阿姨也很好还帮退房节约了很多时间
  • Guest user：之前出差一直是全季，这次一家人来贵阳还是优先选择华住旗下的全季，服务人员专业、耐心、负责，早餐也很丰盛，下次依然选择全季。
