  • Guest：对河池铂悦酒店非常满意，酒店很新各方面设施都很好，衞生好洗澡水大。地下车库停车位很多停车非常方便，早歺非常丰盛品种多，最主要的一点价格非常亲民。
  • Guest：入住体验不好。早餐挺好的，食材丰富新鲜，还品嚐了淮山汁，看着像牛奶。停车还可以，地下车库指示比较清晰。酒店是新的，设施等都还好。但是入住体验不佳，第一 进房间的时候发现自己的房间门居然大敞开，吓了一跳，前台解释是查房人员检查后忘记关门了，这种错误真没遇上过。第二 酒店高大上，但是居然餐厅不营业，要到外面自己去找吃的。附近只有小店卖河粉的。当天从乐业赶过来，开车240公里还去游玩了小三峡，很累，只得滴滴去了酒店前台地图上标注得一家鱼庄，到了发现店面暗呼呼，还在卖盒饭。只能换一家刚才路过的店。饭后步行回酒店只要10多分钟，倒是不远。但对于当天赶路很累的旅客就不方便。沿途看见柏曼酒店附近至少餐饮比较多，有点后悔选错了酒店。最生气的是洗衣房，规定8点到晚上10点，我9点开始烘乾衣服，需要一个小时40分钟，特意电话询问前台，前台説只会关门不会关机。没想到第二天9点我去取衣服，工作人员已经把我的衣服从烘衣机里取出，所以散放在烫衣台上。我收好后回到房间发现少一只袜子，再去洗衣房发现那台烘衣机已经在工作了。哎，好吧，莫名其妙丢一只袜子。心情不好地离开酒店，懒得去费时间交涉！ 建议工作人员不要动客人的衣服，如果要取出，至少摺叠好检查一下！

  • Guest：房间还可以。比较舒适。当然细节可以提高。比如mini bar 实在太空了，显得比较敷衍。位置确实有些偏，感觉在市区的非常外围了，周围是在建的楼盘。
